Vintage

Whilst out and about today I decided I would find my vintage photo. I actually found 2!

The above feature pic was taken as I was cooling down after my run. There was a young women at the bus top dressed in vintage style clothes. I daren’t ask her for a pic but managed a sneaky one from behind! Β Isn’t the coat gorgeous!?

And next a plant holder at my mum in laws home. It’s actually the toilet from an old Victorian terraced house she used to live in!

I sew and play golf. I blog about my sewing as I don't think you'd want to read about my golf. It's bad enough watching it on telly! Contact me via email - Thimbers.blog@gmail.com

Haha!! Very good!! Reminds me if when I took a patient into Hosp with a problem with her rear end. My colleague said ‘let’s take you in and see if they can get to the bottom of it!’ We daren’t laugh but our shoulders were shaking trying to stifle it! At least I could laugh properly at yours πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

HA! Slept a little late, took a shower, got my coffee (hubby made fresh before he left for work), sat down to “play” on computer. This was the first post (and comments) I read. What a great funny way to start the day!

Love the old toilet but I think I’d have it in a bathroom or even hallway if it were mine. It had to be preserved though. I hope your MIL left the incoming tenants a replacement.

Hehe! She had it swapped when she first moved in that house. At her last house she had a bigger house and had it on the landing. This proved a mistake. After a few beers her eldest grandson used it…..!! At least next to the telly there wouldn’t be any mishaps! πŸ˜€
